Standard Package
$600-$750 for up to 2 hours.
Serving ~50–100 cups, 1 barista, classic coffee bar, includes milk alternatives
Half-Day Package
$800-$1200 for up to 4 hours.
Serving ~150–200 cups, 1–2 baristas, classic coffee bar, includes milk alternatives
Full-Day Package
$1,400–$1,800 for up to 8 hours.
Serving ~250-400 cups, 1–2 baristas, classic coffee bar, includes milk alternatives
Additional service hours:
- $100 per hour (includes 1 staff member)
- $200 per hour (includes 2 staff members)

Please note that a 10% surcharge applies to weekend events and a 15% surcharge applies to public holiday events.

Our service time depends on your event needs. We offer flexible packages ranging from short activations to full-day service.
Yes, we can operate both indoors and outdoors as long as there is suitable access, space, and venue approval if required.
Yes, we offer optional catering including pastries, mini sandwiches, sweet treats, and light event food options.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund (minus any custom branding costs). Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee. We’ll provide full terms at booking.
